Pops & Granma (my folks) gave Adele her very own shopping cart. Abby & I have wanted to purchase one for some time, but never found the right opportunity. You may have noticed how she stacked her “purchases” – yes, she did that on her own.

Shell probably ‘kick’ me later for this, but I couldn’t help but post this picture.

She’s even “calling” someone to pick some up from the store.

I took these with the flash on my iPhone and Adele’s eyes did not enjoy it. The picture below is evidence of our fun together.

Some have inquired as to how Adele has “adjusted” since the arrival of Ruth. Honestly, she’s been great! She constantly asks to hold or help with the care of Ruth (or “Roos”). The only issue we’ve had is if both babies want Mama at the same time.

Another realty is how “grown up” Adele has become in the past few days. I realize she’s only 20 months, but it’s been a great reminder to cherish every moment, like the one below!
